The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into a shooting that killed man in Trenton Wednesday.
According to officials, the early morning shooting happened just after midnight in the vinciyt of Niagra Alley near North Gouverneur Avenue.
Police say an unidentified, unconscious, and unresponsive male was found dead after gunfire rang out in the neighborhood.
The motive for the shooting has not been determined and the investigation remains active and ongoing.
