Bergen County authorities are investigating a motive behind a shooting that reportedly left two people wounded in Fair Lawn on Saturday night.
According to preliminary reports, officials at St. Joseph's Hospital contacted police when two victims suffering gunshot wounds arrived at the emergency department at approximately 10:15 p.m.
Police officers arriving at the hospital were informed that the incident occurred on Rose Place according to reports.
Officers canvassed the area as they searched the scene for evidence to assist in finding a motive for the shooting.
The victim's injuries were not immediately reported as life-threatening.
