Newark Police are looking for a shooter who fired a weapon in a section of the city on Wednesday night.
Officers responded to a ShotSpotter device activation in the 70's block of South 9th Street around 11:44 p.m.
Units arrived and found shell casings, but no victims were found after a search of the neighborhood.
The suspect fled the scene and is at large.
