A woman was arrested Tuesday evening after barricading herself inside her Glassboro home after officers attempted to serve an arrest warrant.
According to authorities, police received reports of a woman allegedly throwing knives from her Munyon Drive home around 9 p.m.
Officials say, officers - who have had previous encounters with the woman - responded to address in attempts of serving an arrest warrant.
According to authorities, when police attempted to arrest her, she "brandished a knife and retreated into her home.
The county SWAT team responded to the scene and subsequently ordered a shelter in place shortly after 11:30 p.m.
Officials ultimately breached the front door and took the suspect into custody, ending the shelter-in-place at approximately 12:37 a.m.
