Police in East Brunswick are looking into an armed robbery that occurred in the town on Sunday evening.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the Mobile Gas Station located on NJ-18 just before 6:45 p.m. to investigate reports of a robbery in progress.
Units arrived at the scene and were told by employees that a black male and female arrived in a vehicle -possibly a Nissan- then robbed the establishment.
The suspect immediately drove away from the gas station after the incident.
There were no physical injuries reported.
