An early morning car crash that occurred on the Garden State Parkway in Clark sent a man to the hospital.
The crash happened in the southbound lanes near mile marker 136.9 shortly before 5:00am.
According to preliminary reports, two vehicles collided sending emergency responders to the scene where they arrived to find a male victim injured.
The man was transported to an area hospital suffering non-life threatening injuries.
Police shut down several lanes on the highway causing some delays.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
