Passaic County officials have announced that at approximately 5:42 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10, police and fire officials responded to a fire in a detached garage located at 44 Segar Avenue in Clifton.
According to fire officials, inside the garage, they found a deceased male inside a car. At this time, the male is unidentified and it is not believed that any other individuals were injured.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
No charges have been filed at this time, however, this investigation remains active and ongoing.
