Acting Bergen County Prosecutor Dennis Calo announced the arrests of Justin Jimenez, 25, of Franklin Lakes, on charges of distribution of hash oil and possession with intent to distribute marijuana and hash oil, and John Jimenez, Jr., 28, of Franklin Lakes, on a charge of possession of cocaine.
In January 2018, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office received information that Justin Jimenez was distributing narcotics in Bergen County.
The investigation led to a search of 235 Hidden Glen Court, Franklin Lakes, where law enforcement officers seized marijuana, hash oil, cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.
Police arrested and charged Justin Jimenez with two counts of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, namely hash oil, one count of possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, namely hash oil, and one count of possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, namely marijuana.
Officials arrested John Jimenez, Jr. in Paramus and charged him with one count of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, namely cocaine.
According to authorities men are scheduled for their first appearances in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, on Mar. 7th, at 8:30 A.M.
Acting Prosecutor Dennis Calo states that these charges are merely accusations and that the defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
