A former West Milford High School was indicted on child endangerment charges after being accused of smoking marijuana with a student.
Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes announced that Michael Fleming, 30, of Hackensack, was indicted on two counts of third-degree child
endangerment.
Back in April, after investigating accusations that Fleming had smoked marijuana with a 17-year-old student in February of 2015, he was placed under arrest.
Today, Fleming Valdes was charged with a second endangerment count for allegedly engaging in inappropriate communications with another student between Nov. 1, 2014 and April 1, 2015.
West Milford school officials have not issued any comments regarding today's indictment.
