A former teacher at Freehold Intermediate School has been indicted on multiple charges following allegations of inappropriate conduct with a teenage student, according to a statement released by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.

Allison Havemann-Niedrach, 44, of Jackson in Ocean County, is facing a seven-count indictment that includes charges of first-degree aggravated assault, first-degree endangering the welfare of a minor through the creation of explicit materials, two counts of second-degree endangering, second-degree official misconduct, second-degree assault, and third-degree endangering.

The charges stem from an investigation led by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Bureau in collaboration with the Freehold Borough Police Department.

According to prosecutors, the alleged offenses began in early 2024, and Havemann-Niedrach was taken into custody without incident in June of the same year.

The Prosecutor’s Office continues to encourage anyone with additional information about Havemann-Niedrach’s conduct to contact Detective Dawn Correia at 800-533-7443.

The case remains active, and the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office emphasized that all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
