Five Rutgers Medical School Students, NJ Residents Share Stories on their Mission to Remain Positive Role Models

New Jersey

Some of us look to career mentors who motivate us, others admire personalities that influenced us growing up, like parents or grandparents.

Whatever the reason, we all admire different people for who they are, what they do or even sometimes how they look.

In this series, our Metro Breaking News community research team spoke to five young ladies who are from different parts of New Jersey and attend The Rutgers New Jersey Medical School.

Beginning on Christmas Day, our staff will bring you a week-long video series/conversations of perseverance while attending Rutgers New Jersey Medical School from the following students: **Ms. Yvelande Cajuste** 27, of Egg Harbor Township, **Ms. Monique Sterling**, 22, of Franklin Lakes,**Ms. Alice Trye**, 25, Sicklerville, **Ms. Alaba Sotayo**, 25, of Newark and **Ms. Britney Wilson**, 28, of Newark.

All five of these wonderful ladies inspired our staff, and we hope that their messages encourage you as well on this holiday season.

Besides, being a role model is a responsibility and after all, others may follow in your footsteps.
