Five Bounty Hunters Arrested in Connection with Assault, Kidnapping in Camden County

Three other bounty hunters allegedly chased Webb’s car to Waterford Township, where Webb crashed into a wooded behind the Travelers Lodge on the 700 block of the White Horse Pike. \

Webb exited his vehicle and fled on foot but was caught by the bounty hunters – Brian Williams, 32, of BurlingtonTownship, and Ralph M. Lemar, 34, and Jovani A. Diaz, 25, both of Philadelphia, shortly after.

Three of the bounty hunters allegedly assaulted Webb - with a tire iron - and robbed him of cash and his cellphone.

Meanwhile, the other two bounty hunters – Marvella Brown-Bailey, 37, of Burlington Township, (only certified bondsperson in the group) and Innish Henderson, 25, of Philadelphia – allegedly placed the juvenile in handcuffs and held a knife to the boy’s neck. The two are also accused of robbing the juvenile of cash and his cellphone. Brown-Bailey and Henderson then drove to Lindenwold, where the juvenile managed to break free and flee on foot into the Arborwood Apartment complex.

All five bounty hunters were arrested by police in Waterford Township. All of the suspects, except for Lemar, were found to have active warrants for various offenses.

Webb was transported to Virtua Hospital in Berlin. He was found to be in possession of 23 bags of suspected heroin and a small amount of marijuana.

The juvenile, a Lindenwold resident, was not charged and was turned over to his legal guardian.

Lemar was charged with two counts of robbery and one count each of aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of weapon. His bail was set at $250,000.

Williams was charged with two counts of robbery and one count of aggravated assault. His bail was set at $250,000.

Diaz was charged with two counts of robbery and one count each of aggravated assault and providing fraudulent documents to police. Her bail was set at $250,000.

Brown-Bailey was charged with kidnapping and robbery. Her bail was set at $400,000.

Henderson was charged with kidnapping, robbery, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of weapon. His bail was set at $400,000.

Webb was charged with possession with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), possession with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana and failure to turn over CDS to law enforcement. His bail was set at $100,000.

All were remanded to the Camden County Jail in lieu of bail.
