Firefighters in Burlington County acted swiftly to extinguish a fast-moving fire that broke out in a duplex apartment early Saturday morning. The incident occurred at 216 Norcross Lane in Pemberton, around 4 a.m.
Upon arrival, crews encountered smoke billowing from the single-story duplex.
Firefighters immediately stretched two hose lines and entered the building, locating flames in the attic.Thanks to their quick and coordinated response, the fire was brought under control in less than 30 minutes.
No serious injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
The swift efforts of the firefighters ensured minimal damage and safeguarded the residents of the property.
