A fatal shooting reported in Newark has authorities on the scene investigating.
Gunfire rang out in the 60's block of Milford Avenue sending police to the scene where officers located a male victim struck by gunfire at around 7:45 p.m.
The victim was later pronounced dead at the scene.
The Essex County Prosecutor's Officer are on the scene at this time.
