The family of the man shot and killed Thursday night has identified the victim.
According to police, gunfire sent police to the 200 block of Fulton Avenue at around 9 p.m. where cops located a male in his 30’s suffering multiple times at that location.
According to family, the victim - Michael Bowers - was rushed to Jersey City Medical Center suffering life threatening injuries.
Bowers was pronounced dead a short time later reports said.
The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office only confirmed a man in his mid 30's but no other information has been released.
