Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of Isaiah T. Knight, 21, of Fair Lawn, on charges of possession and distribution of explicit images of minors.
According to Prosecutor Musella, on Tuesday, February 8, members of the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Cyber Crimes Unit identified Knight during an ongoing Internet investigation.
The investigation revealed that Knight used the Internet to view, download, and possess approximately 100 files depicting explicit prepubescent and pubescent minors.
The investigation found that, in addition, it was determined that Knight distributed digital files of explicit images of minors on the Internet.
As a result of the investigation, Knight was arrested on Tuesday, February 8, in Paramus and charged with distributing explicit images of minors and possession of explicit images of minors. Knight was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
