A man found dead on the campus of New Jersey Institute of Technology has an investigation underway by Campus Police and Essex County Prosecutor's Office.
Campus officials released this statement a short time ago:
"Earlier this morning, 5/20/2015, there was a death of a non-affiliate male. The death occurred inside an on-campus Greek Life residence. At this time, a preliminary investigation is being conducted by the NJIT Police Department and the Essex County Prosecutor's Office"
Campus officials have declined any other statements only saying that the investigation is pending.
The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.
