**BELLEVILLE**

Belleville’s 2016 celebration will take place on Monday, July 4 at the Belleville Municipal Stadium.

The event will include:

6:30 PM – Family fun with DJ and Magician

8 PM – Live performance by The Cameos

9:15 PM – Approximate start time for fireworks

**BLOOMFIELD**

The 2016 Bloomfield celebration will take place on Monday, July 4 at Foley Field.

Gates open at 5:30 p.m. opening ceremonies will start at 7:30 p.m.

The event will include food vendors, kid’s rides and games and live music at 7:45 p.m. performed by Bell Bottom Blues (Eric Clapton tribute).

Fireworks will start at 9:30 p.m.

**CEDAR GROVE**

Parking will be available in the Panther Park lot, the front lot of the Essex County building and on both sides of West Bradford Avenue.

Gates will open at 7 p.m. and fireworks will go off at dusk.

The event will include a live DJ, balloon artists and face painting.

**LIVINGSTON**

Livingston’s 2016 celebration will take place on Monday, July 4 near the Memorial Oval on Robert Harp Drive in Livingston.

This year’s event will feature family-friendly activities beginning at 9 a.m., including a classic car show, a swim carnival, a dinosaur BBQ and live music.

Fireworks begin 9:15 p.m., according to a town news release.

**MAPLEWOOD**

The Maplewood 2016 celebration will take place in Memorial Park, and will feature live music, boardwalk games, face painting, a classic car show and the Zerbini Family Circus.

**NEWARK **

Essex County Free Summer Music Concert & Fireworks

July 1, 2016; 7:30pm - 10pm Weequahic Park Elizabeth Ave. & Meeker Ave 973-268-3500

The event will feature a free concert followed by the fireworks display @ dusk. Bring a blanket, enjoy the cool evening breeze, and the sounds of summer.

**Here are your Union County fireworks display locations**

**CLARK: **The annual fireworks display starts at dusk (around 9:00 p.m.) on July 4 at Arthur L. Johnson High School on Westfield Avenue. Food, vendors and music begin at 7 p.m. Rain date is July 5.

**CRANFORD:** On July 4, the 9:15 p.m. fireworks display at Nomahegan Park on Springfield Avenue caps off a day-long festival with canoe races, a one-mile fun run and a four-mile run, plus vendors in the park, amusement rides and games. Limited parking will be available at Union County College, but residents are urged to walk if possible. Rain date for fireworks only is Tuesday, July 5.

**ELIZABETH:** Fireworks display is set for July 4 at dusk at the Veterans Memorial Waterfront Park on Front Street and Elizabeth Avenue. Rain date is July 5.

**KENILWORTH:** Fireworks will be on July 3 at dusk at David Brearley High School on Monroe Avenue. Rain date is July 10.

**MOUNTAINSIDE:** Fireworks display is set for July 4 at dusk at Our Lady of Lourdes Church on Central Avenue. Rain date is July 5. Music at 7 p.m. with free ice cream from PAL while supplies last.

**NEW PROVIDENCE:** This year's Independence Day Celebration begins at 7 p.m. on July 3 on South Street from Gales Drive to Springfield Avenue and will include a DJ, a juggler, a place for kids to decorate the street in chalk art and more. Fireworks will begin at approximately 9:30 p.m. Rain date is Tuesday, July 5.

**RAHWAY:** Fireworks are set for Saturday at City Hall Plaza at 9 p.m. Rain date is Sunday, July 3.

**ROSELLE PARK:** Roselle Park's Independence Day Celebration starts with a carnival at 4 p.m. on July 3 at Roselle Park High School. Fireworks are at 9 p.m.; rosellepark.net. Rain date is Aug. 2 for National Night Out.

**SCOTCH PLAINS:** Scotch Plains' first-ever fireworks display will begin at dusk on July 2 at Scotch Hills Country Club. Spectators should wear comfortable shoes – no heels permitted on the golf course. The golf course will open at 7 p.m. for spectators to set down chairs and blankets. **SPRINGFIELD:** Springfield will celebrate on July 4 at Meisel Avenue Park. Gates open at 5:00 p.m., concert at 7:30 p.m. and fireworks to follow.

**SUMMIT:** Summit's Fourth of July Celebration runs from 9:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. July 4 at Soldiers Memorial Field with carnival rides, decorated bicycle parade, a mass "Twist and Shout" dance and fireworks display at 9:15 p.m.; summitcommunityprograms.com
