Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of Mr. Jonathan A. Rossi, 22, on charges of Arson, Criminal Trespass, and Criminal Mischief.
Police say on Thursday, April 9, 2020, the Fair Lawn Police reported a fire at a residence in Fair Lawn, NJ.
The fire was extinguished and deemed suspicious.
Officials say at that time, the Fair Lawn Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Arson Unit and an investigation was initiated.
The arrest is the result of a joint investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Robert Anzilotti and the Fair Lawn Police Department under the direction of Chief Glen Cauwels.
