A single car crash that caused the vehicle to overturn had an elderly couple suffer non-life threatening injuries.
The crash happened shortly before 7 p.m. in the area of 7th Street at Bergen Avenue where emergency responders sprinted the short distance from the fire house to rescue a man and a woman from the overturned vehicle.
The pair was transported to the hospital where they are expected to be ok.
Residents in the area said the driver some how lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a parked car shortly before the vehicle overturned.
