A dog taken from a front porch of a home in East Orange has police looking for several juveniles observed petting the dog.
Police were called to a home in the 200 block of Halsted Street at around 4:30 p.m. on Mar. 20th to take a report of a missing dog.
Units arrived at the residence and were told by the owner that several teenagers were observed on surveillance tape petting the dog, while one of them was heard saying on audio that they would take the dog.
The owner says the dog is a natural colored Shih Tzu.
