A family is asking for the public's help in locating Scrappy, who was last seen Tuesday in East Orange.
According to the family, Scrappy was last seen on Grove Street between Grove Place and Williams Avenue at around 1 p.m.
Scrappy is an 11-years-old black and white male shitzu.
