Police in Trenton are investigating a stabbing that left one person injured overnight in the city.
The incident occurred in the vicinity of East State Street at North Stockton Avenue at around 2:30 a.m. where police received several calls reporting an injured person.
According to reports, upon officer's arrival, they found the male victim suffering a stab wound to the abdomen.
EMS rushed the victim to the hospital where the extent of his injury has not been released at this time.
The motive for the stabbing remains under investigation.
