A man was transported to an area hospital after being struck by gunfire early this morning in Trenton.
Police responded to the 300 block of Prospect Street sometime around 3:57 a.m. where an unidentified man, 25, had been shot in the buttocks.
The man was transported, via private vehicle, to Trenton's Capital Health Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Incident is currently under investigation.
