A shooting early Wednesday morning in Camden has left one person injured, according to local authorities.
The incident occurred around 3:20 a.m. in the 2700 block of Federal Street, prompting police to rush to the scene after receiving reports of shots fired.
Upon their arrival, officers found a victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
The area was quickly cordoned off as law enforcement secured the scene. The injured individual was transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment, though the severity of their injuries has yet to be confirmed.
As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting, and the motive behind the incident remains unclear.
Camden police are continuing their investigation and are asking anyone with information to come forward to help with the case.
