“Ms. Nasario was already in the county jail, having been arrested on Monday on shoplifting charges by Bloomfield police,” Sheriff Fontoura stated. “The search of her residence yielded 229 heroin-filled envelopes, stamped ‘100% Pure’ in red ink, 52 plastic jugs, containing ‘crack’ cocaine, and an assortment of drug processing and packaging materials.”
Nasario was further charged with two counts each of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of CDS with intent to distribute, possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of Park Elementary School and possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public housing complex.
