The driver of a vehicle that was involved in fatal crash that killed two people including a State Tropper was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, according to medical reports.
According to officials, on on Dec. 5., Dr. Lloyd Rudley, 61, was heading south on Route 55 in Millville when his Toyota Corolla crossed the center median and struck a patrol car driven by Trooper Frankie Williams.
Results from the toxicology and autopsy reports determined that Rudley was not impaired however did not say whether he perhaps suffered a medical emergency.
The crash remains under investigation.
