Police in Paterson are looking into the motive for a shooting that injured two victims early Saturday morning.
According to police, at approximately midnight, a masked suspect arrived in the 90's block of Carroll Street and began firing at males in the area.
When police arrived at the scene, they found at least two victims suffering bullet wounds at that location.
Police say both victims were rushed to St. Joseph's Hospital in stable condition
According to police, the suspect is described as a black male with dreads who fled the scene in a white Nissan Acura.
Since January, there has been about 78 people shot in Paterson.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
