Police in Paterson are looking into the motive for a shooting that injured two victims in a section of the city Monday night.
According to police, at approximately 10 p.m. offcials at St. Joseph's Medical Center contacted police after two victims entered the emergency room, suffering bullet wounds.
Police say the victims reported that while in the vicinity of Park Avenue and East 25th Street, armed suspects fired shots in their direction.
One of the victims suffered a bullet wound to the arm while the other was shot in his leg. Both injured were reported as non-life threatening.
The suspect fled the scene and remain at-large.
