Police officials in Union are investigating a shooting in the Township Sunday.
A preliminary investigation indicated at approximately 7 a.m., police responded to reports of shots fired that rang out in the 2100 block of Melrose Parkway.
When police arrived, they found the victim suffering a gunshot wound.
The victim was rushed to the hospital for treatment and is reportedly in stable condition.
Police have not released a motive for the shooting.
