Fire officials are on the scene of a house fire with fatal injuries reported in Nutley this evening.
Offcials say fire broke out inside an attached garage of a house at 17 Myrtle Avenue around 6 p.m.
Officials say thick smoke quickly spread throughout the occupied home upon firefighters' arrival.
Two victims were pulled from home with one of the victims pronounced dead at the scene.
Firefighters were able to get the blaze under control in under a half-hour.
The cause is under investigation.
