Police are on the scene of a shooting with a male victim down at this time in the city.
Reports of shots fired that rang out in the area of 18 Avenue and South 15th Street sent police to the scene where officers found the victim struck by gunfire at that location.
The victim was pronounced dead by medics.
Police have a crime scene established and an investigation under way.
The identity of the victim has not been released.
