Police are on the scene of a shooting with property damage reported at a location in Newark’s South Ward.
Police say multiple rounds of gunfire rang out in the vicinity of 27 Nairn Place shortly before 5:15 p.m.
Upon arrival, police found a house struck by bullets but after they searched the area, no victims were reported.
The gunman fled the scene immediately after the shooting at remain at-large.
