Police in Brick are searching for the suspect/s responsible for a stabbing of a delivery person late last night in the city.
Reports of a stabbing that happened in the 100 block of Creek Road brought police and EMS to the scene where they found the victim suffering a stab wound to the abdomen at that location.
The victim was transported to Jersey Shore Medical Center suffering serious injuries according to reports.
Police searched the area for evidence and a possible suspect but there were no reports of arrests.
The motive for the stabbing is under investigation.
