A tragic crash in Tabernacle early Sunday morning has resulted in one fatality and left three others seriously injured, prompting an investigation by the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office.
Police rushed to the 100 block of Butterworths Bogs Road shortly before 1:30 a.m. following reports of a collision.
Upon arrival, officers encountered a devastating scene: a severely damaged and overturned UTV vehicle.
Next to the wreckage lay an unconscious and unresponsive individual.
Tragically, this person was pronounced dead at the scene after the UTV crashed into a tree. Three other victims found suffering from serious injuries, were quickly airlifted to Cooper Trauma Centre for urgent medical care.
The cause of this horrific accident is currently under thorough investigation.
As the investigation unfolds, authorities are piecing together the events leading up to the crash, seeking answers for the affected families and the wider community.
