Police activity on Franklin Avenue is the result of police investigating reports of a dead body this afternoon.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the 900 block of Franklin Avenue to investigate reports of suspicious activities.
Upon arrival, officers found the body of an unidentified person under the bridge near the train tracks according to reports.
