A 21-year-old Cresskill resident is facing multiple drug-related charges after a collaborative investigation uncovered the distribution of LSD and opioid pills across Bergen County.

According to a statement released by Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, Jeffrey S. Kishinevskiy was taken into custody on April 3, following a joint operation by the Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force and the Paramus Police Department.
The month-long investigation also involved the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and local police departments in Tenafly and Cresskill.
Authorities said undercover narcotics detectives were able to identify Kishinevskiy as a source of LSD and opioid pill sales during the course of their operation.
He was arrested in Tenafly, and investigators executed a court-approved search of both his vehicle and residence.
As a result of the investigation, Kishinevskiy was formally charged with several drug offenses, including first-degree distribution of LSD, second-degree distribution of LSD, distribution of LSD within 500 feet of a park, and third-degree distribution of suspected morphine pills.
Following his arrest, Kishinevskiy was booked into the Bergen County Jail and later appeared before a judge at the Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack.
He has since been released pending further legal proceedings.
The investigation remains ongoing, officials said.
