Newark is getting ready to lace up its sneakers for a great cause!
The 4th Annual Save A Life Kidney Community Walk is set to take place on March 22, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Weequahic Park's Ron Christian Field.
Hosted in partnership with the Oliver Cares Kidney Foundation Inc., this event aims to raise awareness about kidney disease while bringing the community together for a day of fun, fitness, and education.
Participants can expect an uplifting atmosphere filled with energy, support, and valuable health information.
Whether you're walking in honor of a loved one, to show support, or just to enjoy a day outdoors, every step makes a difference in the fight against kidney disease.
How to Get Involved
The event calls on the community to donate to help make the walk a success. Contributions will go directly toward kidney health initiatives and raising awareness.
Interested vendors and sponsors are also encouraged to participate in this meaningful event.
