The United States Coast Guard conducted an overnight search for two individuals believed to have gone missing overnight while jet skiing in New Jersey.
RLS Media learned that the search operation was centered around the Morris Canal Basin near Liberty State Park, with the individuals last seen heading for Jamaica Bay, NY.
According to preliminary reports, the Coast Guard was alerted to the situation shortly before 11:30 p.m. last night. It was reported that the pair were last spotted near the Verrazano Bridge.
Details regarding the circumstances that led to their disappearance have not yet been disclosed by officials.
As of now, the outcome of the search has not been reported.
