Clifton Police are investigating an overnight commercial armed robbery at a gas station.
Police were dispatched to 398 Lakeview Avenue to investigate reports of an armed robbery in progress around 10:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers were alerted by employees that two black male suspects had pulled up in a vehicle and demanded cash at gunpoint.
The suspect took an unknown amount of proceeds before speeding away from the scene towards Paterson.
Police believe the assailants are occupying a silver 2008 Mercedes Benz S550 with a reported NJ license plate number "J29-LWT".
There were no physical injuries reported.
