Clara Maass Medical Center will be holding a virtual community conversation entitled “Pregnancy, Childbirth and COVID-19: What to Expect During and After Your Delivery.”
This virtual event will run from 6 - 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4.
The event will include information for new and expecting mothers and their families on childbirth in a post-COVID-19 environment
It will also include an opportunity for attendees to direct questions to a panel of physicians experienced in Maternal and Child Health from Clara Maass Medical Center
The panelists include:
* Naveen Ballem, MD, Chief Medical Officer and Director of Bariatric Surgery
* Michael Straker, MD, Director of Maternal Care Services, Obstetrician and Gynecologist
* Susan Morrison, MD, Director of Pediatrics and Immunologist
* Morris Cohen, MD, Director of Neonatology
In addition, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Clara Maass Medical Center, Dr. Mary Ellen Clyne will also share an update regarding hospital programs and services.
