EMS transported a young child to University Hospital for observation after authorities found the child wandering a city street alone.
Police were called to the area of Central Ave. and South 12 Street where they located the child shortly before 3:30 a.m.
According to reports, the child (who is reported to be around the age of 4-years-old) did not appear physically injured and has been picked up at least one other time in the past wandering the same neighborhood.

It is not immediately known where the the child lives or where his parents are.
