Police in Jersey City are looking for a 5'10" black male who was wearing dark clothing when he reportedly pointed a gun at the victim, taking a cell phone at Liberty State Park at around 6 p.m. The suspect then fled in an unknown direction.
In Bloomfield, a reported theft of a cell phone inside Watsessing Park shortly before 4:30 p.m. has police on the search for two black males that took an IPhone from the victim before fleeing the scene.
There were no injuries reported in either incidents.
