Police were investigating a carjacking of an Amazon delivery vehicle that occurred on Saturday.
It happened on Court Street in Newark’s central Ward just before 4:30 p.m.
An armed suspect reportedly took the vehicle from the driver and sped from the area and was last seen on Dandridge Drive off of Avon Avenue.
No physical injuries were reported and the suspect remained at large.
