There were non-life threatening injuries reported for several people who were involved in a crash that caused a vehicle to overturn in Newark's North Ward Sunday afternoon.
It happened near the intersection of 4th and Summer avenues at approximately 2:22 p.m. sending the Newark Emergency responder contingency to the scene.
Upon their arrival, firefighters and rescue crews observed a vehicle on its side with occupants inside.
There were about four patients -including a pregnant woman- transported to the hospital for treatment, but they are all expected to be ok according to authorities.
The Newark Police Department will investigate the cause of the crash.
