A late night crash investigation on the NJ Turnpike in Westampton has detectives looking into a fatality.
Emergency responders were called to the southbound lanes of the highway near mile marker 39.9 where arriving crews located a vehicle crashed into the rear of a tractor trailer at that location.
The driver of the vehicle was was pronounced dead shortly after. There were no injuries immediately reported for the truck driver.
NJ State Police are conducting the investigation and has not released the victim's identity at this time.
