Authorities in Morris County are investigating the official cause of a crash that had a car slam into a commercial building on Sunday evening in Parsippany.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the Parsippany Hilton Hotel located at 1 Hilton Court at approximately 7:30 p.m to investigate reports of a car crash with possible injuries.
Police say, emergency responders arrived and found a Nissan Sentra, drove through the window of the restaurant with occupants trapped inside the vehicle.
According to police, Parsippany Rescue and Recovery units removed two victims from the vehicle, but the pair did not suffer severe injuries. Officials from the Parsippany Buildings Department were on the scene to determine the damage to the building.
There were no reports of anyone inside Ruth's Chris Steak House who suffered injuries according to officials.
