A car that left the roadway and crashed into a tree on a highway in Union County is being investigated.
According to officials, Cranford Police and Fire units assisted the NJ State Police at the 137 entrance ramp of the Garden State Parkway this evening at the scene of a motor vehicle crash.
Police say the driver lost control and slammed into the tree at the portion of the road that many call the ”Bermuda Triangle” for car crashes -exits 136 and 137-.
Amazingly, the driver only suffered minor injuries police said in a brief statement.
