Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Runnemede Police Chief Paul Dailey reported a man was arrested Tuesday for publically exposing his genitals and fondling himself in front of a 22-year-old woman and her 3-year-old son.
Marcial Fantauzzi-Lopez, 58, of Camden, is charged with one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child and one count of second-degree sexual assault.
The Runnemede Police Department responded at approximately 2:47 p.m. Tuesday (4/19/16) to the 8oo block of E. Clements Bridge Road for a male exposing himself. After an investigation into the incident, the Runnemede Police Department arrested Fantauzzi-Lopez.
He was remanded to the Camden County Jail on $200,000 bail.
