Camden County law enforcement officials are actively investigating a shooting that occurred in Winslow Township on Friday evening.
Around 7:45 p.m., in the 40's block of Eastmont Lane, police were called to the scene, where they discovered an individual with a gunshot wound.
The victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, was immediately transported to Cooper Medical Center. Reports suggest the individual is in serious condition.
In the aftermath, police officers canvassed the surrounding area, searching for evidence that could shed light on the circumstances of the shooting.
Detectives were seen meticulously examining the scene for any clues.
As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting. The situation remains a high priority for Camden County authorities as they continue their investigation into this violent event.
